Therapy/ Counseling
Therapy is intended to help
people make changes. These changes may involve thinking differently, feeling
differently, and/or acting differently. Therapy is intended to be a process in
which one moves along in their personal development, enhances their
relationships with others, and helps them adjust to and face life’s challenges.
How therapy is conducted is
determined by the nature of the difficulty one is experiencing. It is also
influenced by age and/or stage of development.
